Celebration of Betty’s Life will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday December 10, 2017 at Pulliam Funeral Home Oblong, IL. Burial will be in White Oak Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1:00 – 2:00pm at the funeral home.

Betty June Masters, 74, of Casey, IL passed away on Wednesday December 6, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL.
Betty was born in Yale, IL on June 6, 1943 to William “Bill” Livingston and Jesse (O’dell) Livingston.
Ms. Masters worked at the Casey shoe factory for over 20 years. After the factories closure she went to school to become a cosmetologist and went to work at Regis Hair Salon in Mattoon, IL. She had worked there for 30 years until it closed in 2016.
Betty is survived by her daughter Brenda Masters-Stout and husband Tim, Litchfield, IL; a sister Judy Boyd, Willow Hill, IL and two brothers Paul Livingston and wife Caroline, Yale, IL and Bob Livingston, Sterling, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Josephine Smith and brother Roy Livingston
